Sundowner Cabin & Tourist Park is proud to offer the most modern accommodation in Whyalla. It is a purpose built dedicated Cabin Park.
Each of the Fifty Five Cabins is self contained with dedicated carpark and covered verandah.
The Cabin Layout is spacious and comes with well appointed fittings and fixtures throughout.
The Cabins comprise two bedrooms are all new and have the same floor plan.
Bedrooms Both bedrooms are the same size. Each bedroom is fully carpeted and each has built in robe with ample shelf and hanging space. Ceiling fans and roller blinds are designed to enhance comfort and privacy.
Beds are King Size Long and can be configured as I King per bedroom or Two singles per bedroom. Beds are supplied with doona, quilt cover, linen and 4 pillows per bedroom.
Bedside Table with reading lamp has three drawers for additional storage.
Lounge Area The lounge area is spacious with a Five seater modular lounge and ottoman with lamp. An ample sized coffee table with hutch storage and large timber buffet with 3 drawers and three cupboards allows for plenty of relaxing and entertaining possibilities.
The 81cm LCD TV is wall mounted for viewing comfort and space saving 5.3kw reverse cycle air conditioner is of high quailty and fully adjustable.
Dining Area Large Timber dining Table and four high back cushioned chairs make dining easy and comfortable.
Kitchen The kitchen is is very well appionted with ample cupboard and drawer space. Full size electric stove with oven,over stove exhaust fan/light, microwave, toaster and electric kettle and full size fridge with freezer are just the beginning of the kitchen fit out. The kitchen has all the requirements of any cook including wok, oven roaster, 3 saucepans, 2 frying pans, pyrex dishes, carving knives, crockery, cutlery and much more. Even the cleaning equipment is supplied!
Bathroom Large clear glass shower recess, vanity with cupboard and mirror. Dual flush toilet and spacious layout gives the bathroom a clean and modern look.
Verandah The covered verandah is equipped with outdoor table and chairs and is the perfect place to sit in the cool of the evening. Glass sliding door with screen leads to the verandah. All windows and doorways are screened with full curtains in main area to keep the cabins cool and private.
Safety Features Each Cabin is fitted with Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket. All cabins have Smoke/ Fire Alarms. All cabins are non smoking and ashtrays are supplied on the verandah.
