Development Progress
Stage 1: The Sundowner Cabin & Tourist Park was commenced in 2008, with 49 cabins, roadways, guest laundry, office and first stage landscaping finished in 2010.
Stage 2: Finalised the following additions:-
6 additional two bedroom cabins
Covered walkway joining the park to the Sundowner Motel
Landscaping and Barbecue area
Additional powered sites and landscaping
Stage 3: Additional 6 two bedroom cabins
Stage 4: Completion of 10 new studio motel style cabins
Stage 5: Completion brings the Sundowner Cabin and Tourist Parks accommodation to:
55 two bedroom cabins
7 one bedroom apartments
10 studio motel style cabins
3 onsite converted school buses
